I watched the movie Friday Night Lights today because Sky Atlantic are showing the the tv show starting tomorrow and I’m going to record and watch it. I probably didn’t need to see the movie first but I wanted to anyway, especially after finding out that Garrett Hedlund and Lucas Black were in it <3 It was really amazing, I loved it all. The story was really great and was based on true events which is cool. I really loved all the characters too, Billy Bob Thornton was great as the coach, Gary Gaines. Lucas Black was really good as Mike Winchell and Garrett Hedlund was amazing Don Billingsley. The rest of the cast were really good as well. I can’t wait to see how great the show is, well technically a few years back I did watch half of the first episode because it was being repeated late at night on ITV and I really enjoyed it but it was on every night and I was going on holiday that week so I never got to watch the rest. But now I finally do thanks to Sky Atlantic <3

It was really amazing, I loved it all. The story was really great and was based on true events which is cool.
